Information - We ship same business day for orders
received by 4:00 PM EST. - Delivery within
1-5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. (see Map) -
We deliver via FedEx Home Delivery (Residential) or FedEx Ground
(Businesses). Shipping is not available to post office boxes.
Please provide a physical street address for shipping. - All items ship via FEDEX GROUND, UPS or USPS. Please check
Holiday Schedules:

UPS 2006 - Shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. Sorry, we cannot deliver to Alaska or
Hawaii.

Delivery Information
Our manufacturing plant and direct-to-consumer warehouse are located in South Florida. All
delivery times are set by FedEx Ground and can be found at
www.fedex.com
or
www.ups.com. Please refer to
your order confirmation for your tracking information. To estimate your delivery date, locate your geographical position from the map above. Please begin counting with the day after your order is shipped.
FedEx Ground (Businesses) delivers
Monday - Friday during business
hours. FedEx Home
Delivery (Residential) delivers
Tuesday - Saturday. All
deliveries exclude Holidays. It is always recommended to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation provides you with your tracking numbers and other important information about your order.

Returns
Information
- Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or
returns
- A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtain during the 7 day period following date
of shipment by UBOXES for a refund of purchase price actually paid minus a restocking fee of
$15 per master box.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk
of loss or damage to Product while in transit to
UBOXES.
- The RMA number may be obtained from our Customer Support line at
1-866-949-0993
- All boxes and supplies, must be returned in the original packaging. The RMA must be noted
on the outside of the returned box.
- RMAs are valid for only 5 days from issuance. A restocking fee may apply for damaged
and missing items.
- If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging,
UBOXES retains the right to
either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an additional restocking fee.
- Delays by the carrier does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of
order.
Canceling an order Information
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. Customers may cancel by
calling 1-866-949-0993
before 4:00PM EST -- Please have your order number ready for
faster, more accurate service.
If your order is in transit and
you need to cancel the delivery,
there will be a restocking fee
of $15 per master box.
Handling Fee Information
We charge a non-refundable $2.95 handling fee per order to cover our fulfillment
costs.
