NO HASSLE SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICY: Providing our customers with quality packaging supplies is our priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns must be made complete, no partials. It's simple….use the carrier of your choice to return the product and upon receipt of your return, your account will be refunded accordingly less a $5 per package restocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. We are available 9am-5pm, EST, Monday – Friday via our Ecare Customer Service or call us toll free. Orders already in transit will incur a UPS intercept fee of $12.50 per package and a $5 restocking fee per package. Orders in transit via USPS will incur the same intercept and restocking fee per package.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction. We are available 9am-5pm, EST, Monday – Friday via our Ecare Customer Service or call us toll free. Should your order already be in transit with UPS, if you are changing a physical address to another physical address you will be charged a $12.50 intercept fee with UPS + all transportation charge, per package. For adding a suite or apt number only it is $12.50 per package. At this time we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not available. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. Should you provide a PO Box for shipping, you will incur an intercept address correction fee by the carrier.
UPS DELAYS: UPS has an on time delivery ratio of 99%. We try to be as prompt and give you the best approximate shipping time when asked, however we are not responsible for UPS weather delays or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
