    Place your order by 4pm EST on weekdays and we will ship it the SAME day. Please take note that we ship from multiple distribution centers depending on location and product availability. Be sure to view the corresponding UPS map for delivery times and note that orders may be split and shipped accordingly. Contact us to confirm the delivery date of extremely time sensitive orders.

    At this time we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not available.  Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. Orders are shipped and delivered on Mondays through Fridays. We are not responsible for UPS weather or any other unforeseen shipping delays. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience due to delays in shipping. We try to be as prompt & give the best approximate shipping days when asked.

    Most orders shipping to zip codes ranging between 00000-39999 will ship from our Miami Distribution Center and zip codes 40000-99999 will ship from our Kansas Distribution Center. Your order may be shipped from multiple locations depending on availability. Please contact us to confirm shipping location.
