Delivery Information
- We ship same business day for
most orders received by 4:00 PM EST
- The above map indicates the estimated delivery times for most
products depending on product availability. -
Please refer to our Holiday Schedule for non shipping and transit days.
UPS 2008. -
Shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for shipping.
- We only ship to the contiguous 48 states. We cannot deliver to
Alaska,
Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- We ship Monday - Friday only.
Saturday & Sunday shipping or delievery is not available.
- Delays by the carrier, for any reason does not
constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.
Our manufacturing plant and direct-to-consumer warehouses are located in
South Florida and Kansas. Your order may be shipped from both locations
depending on availability. Please call customer service or email

status. All estimated delivery times are set by UPS and can be viewed at
UPS.com. To estimate your delivery date, locate your geographical position from the maps above. Please
note that your order may be split and shipped from both KS & FL.
Begin counting with the day after your order is shipped. All delivery
times exclude
Holidays and weekends. Please call customer service 877-UBOXES-1 to confirm shipping location. It is always recommended to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order,
due to unforseen carrier delays in
transport or weather.

should automatically receive a
tracking confirmation
via email. If you do not,
