For our business customers, we stock more than 2,000 products and innumerable custom products. Our product lines include corrugated boxes, tapes, stretch wrap, strapping materials, bubble wrap, polystyrene loosefill, kraft and butcher paper, poly bags, janitorial supplies and other shipping supplies. Most of our salespeople have spent more than 10 years developing and selling packaging solutions. Our sales philosophy and growth is built upon creating long-term relationships with our customers.

Free Shipping Information
- We ship same business day for orders received by 4:00 PM EST.
- Delivery within 1-5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. (see Map)
- Weekend delivery is not available. Shipping is not available to post office boxes.
- All items ship via FEDEX GROUND, UPS or USPS. Please check FedEx 2004 Holiday Schedule.
- Shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. Sorry, we cannot deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery Information
Our manufacturing plant and direct-to-consumer warehouse are located in South Florida. All delivery times are set by FedEx Ground and can be found at www.fedex.com Please refer to your order confirmation for your tracking information. To estimate your delivery date, locate your geographical position from the map above. Please begin counting with the day after your order is shipped (exclude weekends and holidays in your count). It is always recommended to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation provides you with your tracking numbers and other important information about your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send us an e-mail at eCare@uboxes.net.

Returns Information
- Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or returns
- A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtain during the 7 day period following date of shipment by UBOXES for a refund of purchase price actually paid minus a restocking fee of $15 per master box.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to UBOXES.
- The RMA number may be obtained from our Customer Support line at 1-877-UBOXES-1
- All boxes and supplies, must be returned in the original packaging. The RMA must be noted on the outside of the returned box.
- RMAs are valid for only 5 days from issuance. A restocking fee may apply for damaged and missing items.
- If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging, UBOXES retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an additional restocking fee.
- Delays by the carrier does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.
