NO HASSLE SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICY: Providing our customers with quality packaging supplies is our priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made only within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns must be made complete, no partials. It's simple….use the carrier of your choice to return the product and upon receipt of your return, your account will be refunded accordingly less a $5 per package restocking fee. If you paid a $3.95 handling fee, this fee is non refundable.
CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. We are available 9am-5pm, EST, Monday – Friday via our Ecare Customer Service. Cancellations must be made by 4pm EST the day the order is scheduled to ship, in order to avoid any fees. Orders already in transit will incur a UPS intercept fee of $13.40 per package and a $5 restocking fee per package. Orders in transit via USPS cannot be intercepted. You will be responsible to use the carrier of your choice for the return. Upon receipt of the return, a refund less the $5.00 restocking fee per package will be issued.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction. We are available 9am-5pm, EST, Monday – Friday via our Ecare Customer Service. Should your order already be in transit with UPS, if you are changing a physical address to another physical address you will be charged a $13.40 intercept fee with UPS + all transportation charge, per package. For adding a suite or apt number only it is $13.40 per package. At this time we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not available. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. Should you provide a PO Box for shipping, you will incur an intercept address correction fee by the carrier.
