- The exterior crate measures approximately : 39.4" x 22.6" x 21.3" while the interior dimensions are: 35 3/8" x 20" x 15 7/8" with weight limits up to 200lbs
- Packing materials include Small Roll of Bubble 12" x 50 with 1 Roll of Tape
- Provide protection and fill voids with 1 Textile Pad while securing the outer crate with 2 ZipTies for end closure
- Best of all, the 1/2 pallet crate with attached lid is reusable and ships FedEx ground; making it an affordable shipping solution for many businesses

COLLEGE STUDENTS ½ PALLET MOVING SOLUTION
All-Inclusive ½ pallet moving kits are the perfect solution for students moving to and from a dorm or internship. With this option, you can pack, ship, store, and return! Half pallet crates are great for storage and can be shipped anywhere throughout the U.S. with FedEx ground. Have the comfort of knowing your items are more protected when using the PP recycled plastic ½ pallet crate! In addition to the crate, you will receive packaging supplies – tape, textile pad, and bubble cushioning.

Pack, Ship, Store, Repeat!
It is best to order your College ½ Pallet Moving Kit at least 7 days in advance and complete the Shipping Information Form as soon as possible, preferably right after you have placed your order. Please allow at least 24 hours to receive the FedEx labels to your email. To expedite your order, all requests should be submitted Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please refer to the following to ensure the prompt delivery of your packages:
- Shipping Labels – Complete the Shipping Information Form to receive your FedEx shipping labels at no extra cost (1 for going and 1 for returning). Both shipping labels are emailed to you and pre-paid by uBoxes and there is no additional cost to you. Simply complete the form to receive your 1st “going” shipment label and when you are ready to “Return” come back to our site and submit the return shipping label information.
- Ship Your Boxes – Print the FedEx labels and attach to top of the crate. Drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
- Weight allowance – Please note the maximum weight for the ½ pallet crate is 100lbs.
- How to Pack your crate – The crate will arrive in built form, inside crate will be – 1 roll of tape, 1 roll of bubble, 1 textile pad, and 2 zip ties. Be sure to use the bubble cushioning, tape, and textile to secure anything that may need extra protection and to fill any void space. Although FedEx allows up to 100 Lbs. weight for packing inside the crate, it is your responsibility to use good judgment when packing to avoid bursting or opening of an over-stuffed crate during transit.
- Recommendation for securing Crate before shipping – Use the zip ties to lock the ends of either side of the crate and then use the remainder of the tape to secure around the edging and top of the crate to keep it from opening during transit. Use a generous layer of the packing tape and zip ties.
