General Coupon Guidelines
- Expiration Dates:
Only valid, unexpired coupons are accepted. Coupons must be presented at checkout during the transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discounts for unused coupons after the purchase. - Non-Cash Redeemable:
Coupons have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
Wholesale Customers
Exclusive coupons for wholesale customers are sent directly to the email associated with their account. These coupons are personalized and valid only for the intended recipient. Movers and related industries may request pallet quantity specials.
Item Eligibility
- Coupons must match the specific item purchased, including size, quantity, or variety.
- Only one uBoxes-issued coupon can be used per item.
- For "Buy-One-Get-One" (BOGO) offers, each item in the promotion is considered a separate purchase. One coupon may be applied per paid item.
- Order-level discounts (e.g., percentage off the total order) are applied only after all eligible items have been added to the cart.
- Competitor coupons are not accepted.
Value Limitations
- Coupons cannot exceed the value of the item they are applied to. If the coupon's value is higher than the item's price, it will be adjusted to match the item's cost.
- No cash back is issued for unused portions of a coupon.
- The combined value of all coupons cannot surpass the pre-tax total of the order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated on the full retail price of an item before discounts are applied, in accordance with state laws. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable sales tax.
