It is best to order your short-term Moving Kit at least 7 days in advance and contact us to provide your shipping information - preferably right after you have placed your order.  Please allow at least 24 hours to receive the FedEx shipment confirmation in your email. Important Notes About This Product:

• Hazardous materials – Cannot be shipped in the FedEx Freight box
• Maximum weight limit is 1,200 lbs – All freight box shipments are weighed to ensure that shipments comply with transportation safety regulations
• Additional handling fees – Assessed for re-delivery
• Pick up and deliveries – Must be scheduled between 9am-5pm
• Accessibility – Must be driveway accessible or in an area that LTL pick ups are available
• Ship your crate – Contact us to provide pickup and ship to addresses and we will set up
• How to pack your crate – The crate will arrive in a folded down format, along with a separate package that will include 2 rolls of tape, 1 roll of bubble, and 2 textile pads. Be sure to use the bubble cushioning, tape, and textile to secure anything that may need extra protection and to fill any void space.  Although FedEx allows up to 1200 Lbs. weight for packing inside the crate, it is your responsibility to use good judgment when packing to avoid bursting or opening an over-stuffed crate during the transit.
• How to Build your crate – Printed directions are included in the kit with your packaging supplies
• Recommendation for securing crate before shipping – Use the lid that comes with the crate to place on top of the crate. Use a generous layer of packing tape to help secure the edges.
