RELOCATION KIT ALL-INCLUSIVE MOVING SOLUTION
All-Inclusive Relocation Moving Kits are the perfect solution for relocating to and from short-term residency It is a one-price shipping kit that includes 5 moving boxes, packing tape, and shipping labels for the packed boxes. The program works as follows:
- Order All-Inclusive Relocation Moving Kit – You will receive 5 sturdy 24" x 17" x 15" heavy-duty moving boxes and a roll of packing tape (5 shipping labels are included in the price).
- Pack the Moving Boxes – Pack the moving boxes and secure the tops and bottoms with a generous layer of packing tape. Refer to FedEx rules to ensure the prompt delivery of your boxes.
- Obtain Your Free FedEx Shipping Labels – Complete the Shipping Information Form to receive your FedEx shipping labels at no extra cost.
- Ship Your Boxes – Print the FedEx labels and attach one to each box. Drop off the shipping boxes at your nearest FedEx location.
- Items You Cannot Ship: Refer to FedEx Restrictions and Items Not Accepted.
The All-Inclusive Relocation Moving Kit is designed to take the stress out of moving to a short-term residency as well as moving for your newly established employment, this is an exciting moment and moving/packing should be as easy as possible! It is best to order your Relocation Moving Kit at least 7 days in advance and complete the Shipping Information Form as soon as possible, preferably right after you have placed your order. Please allow at least 24 hours to receive the FedEx labels to your email. To expedite your order, all requests should be submitted Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please refer to the following to ensure the prompt delivery of your packages:
- Shipping Labels – All shipping labels sent to you are pre-paid by uBoxes and there is no additional cost to you for shipping the moving boxes to and from temporary housing.
- Weight of Moving Boxes – Please note the maximum weight for each box is 50 Lbs.
- Packing of Moving Boxes – The moving boxes will arrive in a flat package. Open each box and first secure the bottom by bringing the flaps together and taping them together. For more secure packing use one more layer of packing tape overlapping each side of the initial tape. Although FedEx allows up to 50 Lbs. weight for each box, it is your responsibility to use good judgment when packing them to avoid bursting or opening of over-stuffed boxes during transit.
- Insurance for Moving Boxes – FedEx will not be responsible for faulty packaging. Please be sure to use adequate cushioning agents such as bubble rolls, packing papers, and packing peanuts to fill void areas and limit the risk of the shift of the contents. All claims related to any damages will be handled by FedEx.
